Fixing the Easement Issue

Or, how many people does it take for Autumn to buy a house?

Instead of just signing off on permission for us to use the easement and right of way, the neighbor wants to sell the other half of the driveway to make it all one piece of property.  He's planning on moving in a year or so and figures it would be better for everyone to get this taken care of now.  The neighbor has his agent talking to the seller and the seller's agent.

I believe the count is now as follows:

4 lawyers
3 real estate agents
3 property owners
1 VA mortgage representative

And a partridge in a pear treeeeeee!
