Lefties Unite!

I've talked about the kitchen a little bit before but, honestly, it's going to have to be redone.  The appliances are awesome but the layout is awful.

I got to thinking last night that it would be wonderful to have the kitchen redesigned for me; specifically, a lefthanded kitchen.

I'm an odd sort of ambidextrous.  I write with my right hand, do alot of fiber arts with both hands, and everything else trends to the left.  My cooking is no exception... I use a knife right handed, stir right handed 75% of the time, but the rest is left.  I reach for things with my left hand so I arrange the cabinets in order of nearness to the left. 

It would be cool to have a kitchen designed for the way I work instead of the way everyone else does.

As far as utensils go, I have two left handed liquid measuring cups, two ambi can openers, and an ambi peeler.
